How to get your music into the game

Jersey Club King is built for Jersey club music, and there are three ways to get tracks into it. The game is powered by Audius, an open music platform where artists upload their own music and keep their rights.

1. Search any song on Audius

Open Search any song in the game and type a track title. The search covers Audius, so a track that's on Audius can usually be found by its title. Shuffle the results and tap one to play. The game loads the track's audio from Audius when you play it.

2. Play a file from your device

Use the upload option to choose an audio file from your phone or computer. The game decodes the file and builds a chart from its beat. Files played this way stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or shared with other players.

3. Put your music on Audius

If you're an artist or producer, upload your track to Audius. Once it's there, players can find it in the game's search by its title, and it can be played in Jersey Club King.

Audius tracks are streamed from Audius, and the artist keeps the rights to their music.

Promoting your music with the game

For producers, the game is one more place for fans to hear a track and play along with it. A track that plays well in the game is a good way to get people to listen, follow your profile on Audius, and come back for the next release.

We can't promise specific stream counts or earnings. Plays and how they are counted are handled by Audius, and the game doesn't change them.

Tips for producers

• Make the kick and snare clear. The beat detection follows the kick by default and the snare when you switch to it, so a clean, punchy drum sound charts well.
• Keep the track's title accurate. Players find songs by searching for the title.
• Share the game link alongside the track, so people who like your music can try playing it.
